Administrator przetwarza dane osobowe w celach związanych z prowadzeniem działalności marketingowo-edukacyjnej za pośrednictwem newslettera wysyłanego z adresu kontakt@matyldaelenge.pl i informowania w nim o swoich produktach, promocjach i innych wiadomościach dotyczących swojej działalności, co uważa za swój prawnie uzasadniony interes.
Zakres przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych przez Administratora:
- Jeśli prześlesz mi wiadomość e-mail będę przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe zawarte w wiadomości lub związane kontem, z którego zostanie ona wysłana, do których będę miała dostęp. Przekazanie danych następuje dobrowolnie. W każdym czasie można zwrócić się do mnie z prośbą o usunięcie tych danych. W celu zakończenia przetwarzania danych należy zakończyć subskrypcję mojego newslettera (link podany w stopce każdego maila).

Termin przechowywania danych
Nie jestem w stanie ustalić, przez jaki okres przetwarzać będę Twoje dane osobowe. Jeżeli przekazałeś mi swoje dane osobowe w formularzu zapisu do newslettera lub wiadomości e-mail w celach kontaktowych to będę przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe do momentu złożenia przez Ciebie żądania usunięcia tych danych lub sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, ale również w przypadku, w którym uznam, że zrealizowałam prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora.

Prawa podmiotu danych osobowych
W związku z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych osobowych przysługują Ci następujące prawa:

Principles of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the following principles:

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing
The Controller processes personal data for purposes related to conducting marketing and educational activities via a newsletter sent from kontakt@matyldaelenge.pl, and for informing subscribers about the Controller’s products, promotions, and other information related to the Controller’s business activities. This processing is considered the Controller’s legitimate interest.
Scope of Processing of Your Personal Data by the Controller:
- If you send me an email message, I will process the personal data contained in that message or associated with the account from which it was sent, to which I have access. Providing personal data in this manner is voluntary. You may request the deletion of this data at any time. To discontinue the processing of your data, you should unsubscribe from my newsletter using the link provided in the footer of each email.
- If you choose to use a paid offer and join my proprietary mentoring and coaching program The FLOW Academy, I will process your personal data for the purposes of completing the sale, including issuing invoices, entering into a participation agreement, and fulfilling the order, i.e. providing the services described in the participation agreement.

The right to withdraw consent does not apply where the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller.
